Each cell 2.25"x2.25", gives your seeds plenty of room to grow. It's great for plants proning to transplant shock such as squash, encourage faster growth as there is more access to nutrients and plenty of space.

Recommended plants: Tomatoes, Flowers, Cucumbers, Melons, Pumpkin and Other Vine Crops.

• 40 Cell

Each cell 1.4" square is great for a large variety of plants. It's also a good choice for the vine plants, however you will want to transplant the vine plants earlier than you would with the 15 cell trays.
