As CEO, Simon's focus is to equip our organization with strong individuals in each position, and to enable each member to realize his or her value and sense of accomplishment. With his perception and professionalism in the landscape industry and years of experience in the industry, Simon has led his team to deal with customers in nearly 100 countries/regions, constantly creating new business results for the company.

Today, he is working on new product development and design to lead Hantechn in realizing Hantechn's value. And building a supply chain to better serve our customers and fulfill his commitment to creating Hantechn's vision and mission.

Tracy joined Hantechn in 2016 as the Director of Marketing. While managing the overall channel operation of the company, Tracy is responsible for reducing revenue and increasing the company's multiple market channels. In this role, she is responsible for market development.

As a market veteran, Tracy manages the team to develop new channels to help the company continue to attract open source. She brings new marketing and a framework for channel operations to drive the new performance of the entire Hantechn team. With open source and innovation as the core, her team is always able to attract new customers and provide them with the first-class service of garden products and garden tools industry.
